A 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 2.50 mg/mL. A 0.25 mg dose is 0.10 mL, which reads as 10 units on a U-100 syringe, and the vial holds 20 doses. These are example numbers, change them to yours.
Divide the Semaglutide in the vial (mg) by the bacteriostatic water you added (mL) to get the strength in mg/mL. Divide your target dose by that strength to get the mL to draw, then multiply by 100 for the units on a U-100 syringe. For example, a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 2.50 mg/mL, so a 0.25 mg dose is 0.10 mL, which is 10 units.
That is your choice, and it only changes the strength, not how much Semaglutide you have. More water makes it weaker (more units per dose); less water makes it stronger. This tool shows the units for whatever amount you enter.
