A 20 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 10.00 mg/mL. A 2 mg dose is 0.20 mL, which reads as 20 units on a U-100 syringe, and the vial holds 10 doses. These are example numbers, change them to yours.
Divide the Retatrutide in the vial (mg) by the bacteriostatic water you added (mL) to get the strength in mg/mL. Divide your target dose by that strength to get the mL to draw, then multiply by 100 for the units on a U-100 syringe. For example, a 20 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 10.00 mg/mL, so a 2 mg dose is 0.20 mL, which is 20 units.
That is your choice, and it only changes the strength, not how much Retatrutide you have. More water makes it weaker (more units per dose); less water makes it stronger. This tool shows the units for whatever amount you enter.
