These terms cover your use of the Preptide website and app. Please read them. The most important part is simple: Preptide gives you information, not medical advice.

Preptide is an informational tool. It calculates and displays figures based on the numbers you enter. It does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not recommend any drug, dose, product, or supplier. Preptide is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. Always talk to a qualified provider before making any decision about a medication or dose. You are solely responsible for your own health decisions.

1. Agreement

By using preptide.ca or the Preptide app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Preptide. These terms incorporate Apple's standard minimum end-user license terms, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.

2. What Preptide is

Preptide is a dose calculator and a private tracker. It helps you do reconstitution and dosing math and keep your own records. Every figure it shows is a calculation based on what you type in, provided for informational purposes only.

3. What Preptide is not

Preptide does not sell, supply, source, or ship any medication, peptide, or other substance.
Preptide does not recommend or endorse any drug, dose, brand, vendor, or protocol.
Preptide does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.

4. Accuracy and no reliance

We work hard to keep the calculations correct, but we provide Preptide "as is" and make no warranty that it is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. Do not rely on Preptide alone. Always verify any figure independently and confirm it with a qualified professional before acting on it.

5. Assumption of risk

Preparing and self-injecting any substance carries real risk. You are solely responsible for verifying every dose, following safe practices, and consulting a licensed professional. You use Preptide, and make any decision informed by it, entirely at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Preptide only for lawful, personal, informational purposes. You agree not to rely on it for medical decisions, misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or attempt to reverse-engineer or resell it.

7. Accounts

You can create an account with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app's Settings, which erases your data on the device.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Preptide Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Current plans are US$7.99 per month or US$49.99 per year, each starting with a one-month free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price, and your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us.

9. The launch list

If you submit your email to be notified at launch, you agree we may email you about Preptide's availability and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Intellectual property

The Preptide name, site, app, design, and content are owned by Preptide and are protected by applicable laws. You may use Preptide for your personal use but may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without permission.

11. Third-party services

Preptide relies on third parties such as Apple and our hosting providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Preptide is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preptide and its creators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Preptide, including any decision made in reliance on the information it shows. You use Preptide at your own risk.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date at the top, and continued use of Preptide means you accept the updated terms.
